Anthony Crecco is the founder and principal of The Crecco Companies, a housing-focused organization built on integrity, stewardship, and long-term community impact.
With a strong commitment to providing clean, safe, and affordable housing, Anthony focuses on creating well-cared-for communities where individuals and families can find stability and opportunity. His work spans rentals, mobile home communities, and new home development—always with an emphasis on responsible growth and thoughtful management.
Anthony believes that housing is more than an investment—it is the foundation of strong neighborhoods. He takes a hands-on, locally involved approach to management, ensuring each community is professionally run while remaining responsive to the people who call it home.

The Afton Mobile Home Park reflects that mission in a very intentional way. Rather than building large, overcrowded parks, we chose to create a small, quiet community with brand-new manufactured homes, affordable lot rentals, and professional local management. Every decision—from the number of homes to the pace of growth—is made with the long-term health of the community in mind.
Starting with just three homes, our plan is to grow carefully, adding six to nine homes total, while preserving the peaceful atmosphere that makes this community special. We believe that responsible growth, hands-on management, and respect for residents are what turn housing into a true home.
