Anmera Tamera
Property Manager
Anmera Tamera serves as the Property Manager for Afton Mobile Home Park, bringing a professional, service-focused approach to the day-to-day management of the community.
Since 2021, Anmera has worked alongside property management professionals overseeing residential properties in Pennsylvania and Michigan. Through this experience, she has developed a strong understanding of lease administration, lease renewals, maintenance coordination, resident communications, vendor relationships, and the many details involved in keeping properties operating efficiently.
Anmera believes that effective property management starts with clear communication, responsiveness, and treating residents with respect. As a primary point of contact for residents, vendors, and property partners, she works to ensure concerns are addressed promptly and that the community is maintained in a professional and organized manner.
Before entering the real estate industry, Anmera built a strong background in customer service, developing the communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills that continue to shape her approach to property management today.
At Afton Mobile Home Park, Anmera is committed to creating a well-maintained, comfortable, and welcoming community for residents. She works closely with residents and service providers to coordinate maintenance, address property-related concerns, manage day-to-day operations, and help ensure the community continues to be a place residents are proud to call home.
Anmera holds a degree in Radiologic Technology, bringing a unique combination of technical training, attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to serving others. Her diverse professional background has helped shape her organized, dependable, and people-focused approach to property management.
